Applications begin for those looking for vocational training opportunities in Germany in the fields of bakery, electricity, electronics, metals, in addition to the field of hotel and hospitality until October 8, 2022 AD.
Personal interviews will be held with the shortlisted candidates through representatives from the Ministry of State for Immigration and Egyptians Abroad, together with the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) in Egypt and the German Federal Employment Agency (BA). Online regarding the program, its benefits and the recruitment process in Germany Before interviews, selected candidates will still need to conduct further interviews with employers from Germany.
Applicants will be selected according to the following conditions, the applicant must be:
• She resides in the Arab Republic of Egypt and holds Egyptian citizenship.
• A job seeker.
• Age between 18 and 25 years by June 2023.
• Holds a secondary education certificate (general or technical).
• He/she should not have an academic qualification.
• Short term experience in the desired field will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of English.
• For males: exemption or completion of military service.
Required Documents:
• A copy of the valid passport or national ID page.
• A copy of the high school diploma.
• A complete CV according to the attached form in English in WORD format, please download and fill out the attached CV form, then send it by e-mail with the required form and documents.
• For males: Evidence of exemption or completion of military service.
Program advantages:
Those who pass the interview stage from the selected candidates will receive an intensive training program in Cairo, which will last regarding 7 months; With the aim of preparing and qualifying before departure and training in Germany, as follows:
• German language courses and tests for level B1, provided that the program bears the costs.
• Introductory seminars on the program and its objectives on a regular basis with the parties involved in implementing the program.
• Preparatory programs for daily life and integration into the work environment in Germany.
• Training courses on the mechanism of writing resumes, letters of motivation, and personal interviews with employers in Germany.
• Financial support during the preparation and orientation period in Cairo to focus on the trainings and courses of the program.
• Full coverage of visa and travel costs to Germany.
In-kind benefits for integrating finalists upon arrival in Germany for a period of 6 months.
Selection process:
Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed in person by representatives from the Ministry of State for Immigration and Egyptians Abroad (MoSEEEA), together with the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) in Egypt and the German Federal Employment Agency (BA). These shortlisted candidates will also have access to a detailed online introductory seminar on the program, its advantages and the recruitment process in Germany prior to the interviews. Selected candidates will still need to conduct further interviews with employers from Germany.
