The Russian president has signed the law on the annexation of four Ukrainian regions controlled by Russia, reports the state news agency Tass.

Moscow justifies the annexation of these four territories by the referendums organized last week by the pro-Russian authorities in their occupied parts, the results of which have not been recognized by the international community.

One person was injured in attacks by Iranian suicide bombers against the town of Bila Tserkva, about 100 kilometers south of kyiv, said the regional governor, a first of its kind in this area.
