Vivo officially unveiled its new flagship phone, the Vivo X90 Pro Plus, to be the first phone from the company with a camera with a large sensor area of ​​​​1 inch, and the second in the world with this large sensor following Xiaomi.

Vivo held an event in China to announce the new generation of its flagship Vivo X90 phones, and what caught the most attention was the Vivo X90 Pro Plus, the best among the group.

As stated in the leaks over the past weeks, it has been announced that the X90 Pro Plus comes with a frame made of metal and a back of vegan leather, to give the phone a touch of luxury.

The front screen is curved on both sides with thin frames, and there is a hole for the selfie camera in the middle, while on the other side there is a rear camera with four lenses all on a large circular island, and there is also a metal bar below it, which somewhat separates from the camera part of the phone.

The 6.78-inch AMOLED screen has a QHD resolution with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and it can automatically switch between 1 to 120 Hz depending on the mode of use thanks to LTPO technology, in addition to a brightness of up to 1800 lumens.

From the inside, the phone works with the MediaTek Dimensity 920 processor, which is the latest from the company at the present time, while the global option of it is likely to arrive with the second generation Snapdragon 8 processor.

The processor supports 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM, along with two options for internal storage space; 256 or 512 GB.

The Vivo X90 Pro Plus camera is a quad-lens camera, as previously mentioned, the primary sensor from Sony IMX989, 1-inch with a resolution of 50 megapixels, and the second ultra-wide lens with a resolution of 48 megapixels, next to them are two zoom lenses with a resolution of 50 and 64 megapixels, so that the phone can zoom up to 100 Once.

Vivo said that the phone will come with a 4,800 mAh battery with support for 80-watt wired and 50-watt wireless charging.

The phone has an IP68 protection certificate, supports Bluetooth 5.3 and WiFi 7 connectivity, has a thickness of 9.7 mm and weighs 221 grams.

The price of the Vivo X90 Pro Plus starts from 6,499 Chinese yuan (equivalent to approximately $ 910) and is available first in China, and it is scheduled to be launched for global markets during the next short period.
