This is the first concept of a local automotive center, intended for customers, individuals and professionals, where they can equip, maintain or repair their vehicles without prior appointment, says a press release from Vivo Energy Morocco.
“This new concept completes the panoply of services and offers that exist at our stations. The Shell Helix Service Center is also a major asset to improve the customer experience and guarantee quality service, reliable expertise and even more attention to our customers,” says Reda Badawi, Network Director of Vivo Energy Morocco.
Located within the Shell Les Stades service station on the road from El Jadida to Casablanca, the Shell Helix Service Center is open 7 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Designed as a “One Stop Shop”, it offers, in addition to emptying, a range of services aimed at making the visit to a service station efficient and economical in terms of time and waiting. A substantial improvement in the customer experience which remains at the center of Vivo Energy Morocco’s priorities.
“With qualified and dedicated personnel as well as modern equipment and state-of-the-art technologies, the objective is to offer the essentials that our customers need in terms of car maintenance or repair.
