This is the year of all records for VivaTech. The largest European trade fair dedicated to tech, which approached the 100,000 visitor mark in 2022, welcomed 150,000 this year. “VivaTech is resolutely taking its place at the forefront of tech events in the world,” rejoiced Pierre Louette, CEO of the Les Echos-Le Parisien group, which created the event with Publicis.
This seventh edition was marked by the arrival of Elon Musk who unleashed the crowd. The multi-entrepreneur spoke in front of more than 4,000 spectators, or rather fans. Other big names from the biggest American digital companies having made the trip to Porte de Versailles, Pierre Louette remarks that “the time is long gone when we had to go to the United States to discover start-ups Europeans. Now the whole world is meeting in Paris and at VivaTech”.
