Currently, Pakistan is the only country that does not get visas for India among the teams participating in the World Cup. With this, Cricinfo reports that the team has been forced to skip the two-day camp scheduled in Dubai.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had scheduled the team’s trip to Dubai next Monday. The arrangement was to travel from Dubai to Hyderabad on Wednesday. Pakistan’s World Cup warm-up matches are once morest New Zealand on September 29 and once morest Australia on October 3. Both the matches will be hosted by the Rajiv Gandhi Stadium in Hyderabad.
In the background of skipping the camp, the team will reach Dubai from Lahore on Wednesday and will return to Hyderabad on the same day. The PCB officials share the hope of getting the visa before traveling to Hyderabad
The ongoing political tensions between India and Pakistan are considered to be the main reason behind the visa delay. Travel between the two countries has been restricted since the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks. The last time the Indian cricket team came to Pakistan was to participate in the 2008 Asia Cup.

After the 2016 Twenty20 World Cup, the Pakistan team is coming to India for the first time. The ODI World Cup is also the first visit to India for all the players in the Pakistan team except left-arm spinner Mohammad Nawaz.
