Ghislaine Maxwell allegedly played a key role in facilitating Jeffrey Epstein’s illicit activities for many years.

The allegations are denied by Andrew. In a 2019 BBC interview, the royal stated he was incapable of sweating. He attributed this to a medical condition stemming from a wartime adrenaline surge during the 1982 Falklands conflict. Andrew also denies visiting the club. He claims to have been at a Woking pizzeria that day with his daughter, Princess Beatrice (33).
A recent setback hinders Andrew’s defense, as he lacks supporting evidence. According to the Daily Mail, his legal team declared they possess “no documents” corroborating his statements. His legal representatives previously dismissed the plaintiff’s arguments as “distressing and vexatious.” They contend the New York court lacks jurisdiction, citing Giuffre’s Australian residency. This assertion is rejected by her legal team.
Up to six witnesses may testify against Andrew
Andrew previously claimed to have no recollection of meeting Giuffre. Her legal representatives aim to disprove this. Her lawyer, David Boies (80), informed The Sun that several individuals are prepared to testify to a meeting between the Duke and Epstein’s victim: “We have four, five, or six witnesses who will place them together.” This includes Johanna Sjoberg (40), who alleges Andrew inappropriately touched her while playfully interacting with Giuffre and a sex toy at Epstein’s Manhattan residence. Steve Scully (71), a former Epstein employee, also attests to a meeting, claiming to have witnessed Prince Andrew and Virginia Giuffre kissing on Epstein’s private island.
Further evidence includes a photograph of Andrew with his accuser. Boies stated, “If Prince Andrew reflects, he’ll realize that contesting numerous witness testimonies, photographic evidence, and flight logs… attempting to blame and shame a victim to deflect attention from his own actions, is futile.”
