Cape Town: Indian pacer Mohammad Siraj took six wickets in the second Test once morest South Africa. Siraj dismissed six men by conceding only 15 runs in nine overs. On the back of Siraj’s performance, India bowled out South Africa for just 55 runs. Siraj took the wickets of Aiden Markram, Dean Elgar, Tony de Sorsi, David Bedingham, Kyle Verne and Marco Jansen.

South Africa got off to a poor start in Cape Town. With just eight runs on the scoreboard, the hosts lost the wickets of openers Aiden Markram (2) and Dean Elgar (4). Debutant Tristan Stubbs (3) who came to the crease in the fourth over gave Bumrah the wicket. Siraj was also given a wicket by Tony de Sorcia. Things got out of South Africa’s hands when Bedingham and Vereyne also surrendered following seeing two figures. Keshav Maharaj (3), Kagiso Rabada (5) and Andre Burger (4) are the other players out. Lungi Ngidi (0) remained not out.
South African captain Dean Elgar won the toss and elected to bat. This is the last Test of Elgar’s career. South Africa lead the two-match series 1-0. If we win today, India can catch up. South Africa came out with three changes. Tristan Stubbs replaces Themba Bavuma. Ngidi replaces the injured Gerald Kotzwick. Maharaj is another player who joined the team. Keegan Pietersen is out. India made two changes. R Ashwin and Shardul Thakur are out. Ravindra Jadeja and Mukesh Kumar are back.
