A curious situation experienced in a Civil Registry service in Venezuela has gone viral in the last few hours. All because of an innocent joke made by the bride, the one who was getting married.
“Mr. Danilo, is it your free and spontaneous will to marry Miss Myriam?” the registry official asks the nervous groom, to which he answers “Yes.”
Then it is the woman’s turn: “Mrs. Myriam, is it her free and spontaneous will to marry Mr. Danilo?” “No, yes” the girlfriend responds laughing, who also infects all her relatives.
However, the officer catches his eye and tells him that there is no kidding. “Unfortunately today we will not be able to perform the ceremony,” she specifies to the couple.
The girlfriend, without giving credit, explains that it was her nerves. “It will be for another time. You can talk to the secretary and schedule another date”, ending the ceremony.
