Violent robbery at home in Arundel: the SQ broadcasts two robot portraits

In the hope of advancing its investigation, the Sûreté du Québec released Thursday the robot portraits of two men who allegedly participated in a violent armed home robbery committed in September 2021, in Arundel, in the Laurentians.

On September 19, 2021, at least seven armed suspects entered the residence located on Chemin de la Rouge, where they sequestered the occupants of the premises.

A girl of only 9 years old was in particular in the house, according to our information.

A man who was near the residence was violently attacked during the event.

The suspects would have fled with “certain items”, as well as with a sum of money which was not specified by the Sûreté du Québec (SQ).

“According to the information obtained during the investigation, the suspects used during their crime a cube truck which was rented in the days preceding the commission of the crime, from the U-Haul company in the Lachine sector, in Montreal” , said the SQ in a press release.
