For the 6th consecutive year, the Sévéragais of CAVASA will present their vintage vehicles.
The CAVASA association (club of old vehicle enthusiasts of Sévérac-d’Aveyron) will offer its gathering of old vehicles this Sunday, August 20 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the Place de la Gare. If last year the Renault brand was the star of the VIP area, this year the light will be placed on the very old Peugeot brand, since the first so-called automobile type 1 car was presented in 1891. Peugeot also distinguished itself in the manufacture of tools, coffee grinders, motorcycles, bicycles and other scooters, some of which will be presented. “However, we would like to remind you that this large gathering is not reserved for Peugeot vehicles only, but is aimed at old cars over 30 years old. Also noteworthy is the exhibition of 1/43 scale miniatures by Michel Castelbou and the brothers Dahout. Thus we can follow the evolution of the models from the type 4 of 1892 to the 308 of 2022 which sports the new logo of the brand and a window dedicated to Peugeot sport with its sporting exploits on the Monte-Carlo, the Dakar and Le Mans. The volunteers of the association will be hard at work to welcome you, they will be recognizable thanks to the new caps that have been offered by the Peugeot Delmas garage. You will find a refreshment bar and you will be able to eat on place but be careful, the number of places is limited.
