Two tons of second-hand clothes are for sale and to try on this Saturday and Sunday in Brussels. They all come from the stock of a Belgian wholesaler and are, according to the organizers of the event, “of very good quality”. This vintage market is called “Golden Grams”, the “golden grams” in French, because here we do not sell an item by the label, but by weight, 30 euros for a kilo. “Today, we focused more on spring-summer clothes”explains Morgan Laloux the organizer. “In this field, a kilo can be two t-shirts and a sweatshirt or a light jacket and a shirt for example. But, of course, you can also buy less than a kilo. The price will be calculated according to the total weight at the register”.
