The third date of Viña 2024 began with a special musical number in memory of Celia Cruz. Chilean artists Francisca Valenzuela and Flor de Rap participated with covers of popular Cuban songs. They were joined by the artists who are members of the Viña jury for 2024: María Becerra, Ale Sergi and Young Ciste.

After that, the group Maná entered the stage. Fher Olvera, leader of the band, was dressed in traditional black with a t-shirt with a golden skull printed on it. These were the songs on the setlist of the evening:

During his presentation, Maná was celebrated by the public with a silver and gold seagull.

Who also took silver and gold seagulls was the comedian Luis Slimming. After him, the Australian band Men at Work followed. This is how date 3 of the event came to an end.

About Viña

The Viña del Mar Festival 2024 began on February 25. This year, the event reaches its 63rd edition. The event emerged on February 21, 1960 as an initiative of the Municipality of Viña del Mar, a commune located in the Valparaíso Region that is characterized by being located near the coast. In its early years, the highlight of the festival was its song contest, which unveiled several new talents. Little by little, the event took on international importance.
