Discover the mysteries of the sky, lying in the grass, in the middle of biodynamic vines… Le Clos Troteligotte in Villesèque invites Raphaël Mellac, an astronomy enthusiast for 30 years and manager of the structure of Lotoise Anima’Ciel entertainment. With him, you will discover the secrets of the Moon, the planets and the Sun, celestial elements essential to life on Earth and intimately linked to the seasons which punctuate agriculture and viticulture in particular. “We are all stardust”, astrophysicist Hubert Reeves already published in 1984. “Fruit day”. In biodynamics for more than six years, Emmanuel Rybinski, winemaker of the estate, of course follows the seasons in his practice of viticulture but not only. “The lunar rhythms are very important to us, he specifies. We no longer intervene during the lunar nodes for example, when we bottle the wines of thirst, light, rather on a fruit day. It is the time and the experience that confirmed that these practices were beneficial for the quality of our wines.
