Until June 1, the call for gastronomic establishments in Viedma that wish to participate in the implementation of the CocinAR seal, a proposal aimed at increasing competitiveness of local Gastronomic Tourism and deepen the creation of identity products for the region.
It is a tool through which it seeks to work together with the gastronomic spaces to reflect the regional identity through its dishesrepresenting the local culinary culture.
This initiative is promoted by the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Nation and the Ministry of Tourism of Rio Negrowith the accompaniment of the government of Viedma through the Undersecretary of Tourism.
Through different instances, virtual and face-to-face, the participating establishments will acquire a series of quality criteria to apply in their daily work, intended for staff training, as well as for the satisfaction of potential diners.
Once the program is completed and the requirements are metthe participants will receive the distinctive CocinAR Seal – Argentine Cuisine to be displayed in their space.
