A huge fire broke out, in the early hours of Tuesday morning, in a famous cafe in the Sidi Gaber area on the Alexandria Corniche, without causing any injuries.
The Sidi Gaber Police Department received a report that a fire broke out in a cafe adjacent to the Teachers Club on the Corniche Road in the Sidi Gaber area.
The department’s investigation officers and civil protection forces moved to the Al-Balagh site, and the examination revealed that a fire had broken out in the “Santos” cafe and the wooden bridge leading to it in the Teachers Club.
As a result, some of the contents of the cafe and parts of the wooden bridge were burned, and flames and smoke rose, without causing any injuries.
The fire was controlled and extinguished by firefighting vehicles, and its spread to neighboring facilities was prevented.
The necessary report of the incident was issued at the Sidi Gaber Police Department, and the Public Prosecution began the investigation.
