Video.. The President of Liberia infuriates the Milan fans with a Juventus shirt

Milan fans will not like Weah promoting his election campaign with a Juventus shirt

George Weah, football legend and president of Liberia, booed the fans of his former club, AC Milan, following he appeared in the shirt of rivals Juventus.

Weah played for AC Milan from 1995 to 2000 and played 147 matches for them, scoring 58 goals.

Weah, the only African crowned with the 1995 Ballon d’Or, raised his award in San Siro and celebrated with his club’s fans at the time of the award, but it seemed that he would arouse their discontent by appearing in a training jacket with the Juventus logo, in a promotional video for his election campaign on his official account on Instagram.

George Weah became involved in politics following his retirement. He assumed the presidency of his country following winning the elections in 2017, and his presidential term will end at the end of 2023 and he is preparing to run for elections once more.
