In a public hearing of case 1967/2021, for injuries against the minor with the initials CMD, it was revealed that the physical violence suffered by the minor was recorded and the images collected by the IMSS, but it refused to deliver them to the Public Ministry.
In that recording, the defendant Frisia F. is observed, violently taking the child in her arms, shaking him and scolding him because he urinated while he was sleeping, taking him to the bathroom and, instead of comforting him for the fright of waking him up abruptly and scratching him , he sat him facing the wall, as punishment for not controlling the sphincter.
The scene was shown to the child’s parents, who began the battle to have the negligence of which their son had been a victim recognized, and the individuals, teachers and institutions responsible for traumatizing their child to be punished: the teacher, the owners and the IMSS itself, who admitted that in the Fantasy Carousel, the requirements were not met or the recommendations of the institute were met.
