British High Commissioner Dr. Kirsten Turner has expressed happiness over England cricket team’s visit to Pakistan in 2021.

The British High Commissioner said that international cricket wants to see stadiums repopulated in Pakistan and this tour will prove to be important in that regard.

It should be noted that the English Cricket Board has confirmed the tour of Pakistan in October next year.

According to Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), England cricket team will play 2 T20 matches in Pakistan. These matches will be played on October 14 and 15 in Kokrachi.

England cricket team will reach Karachi on October 12. At the end of the tour, both the teams will leave together for India on October 16 to participate in the ICC Men’s T20 Cricket World Cup.

It should be noted that the Pakistan Cricket Board last week invited England to tour Pakistan for a short period in January 2021.

Due to the busyness of their star players in January, the England and Wales Cricket Board responded to this invitation by proposing a tour in October before the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup next year, which was accepted by the PCB.

England cricket team last visited Pakistan in the year 2005. The visiting team played 3 Tests and 5 ODIs here. After that, Pakistan played England in the UAE in 2012 and 2015. was hosted by
