STORY: Russian army attacks on targets in Ukraine continued on Tuesday. Rocket fire on the center of the capital was reported from Kyiv. According to the Interior Ministry, the television tower was hit. The mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, published these recordings on social networks. At least five people are said to have died in the shelling. The Russian military had previously announced that it intended to strike once morest the infrastructure of the Ukrainian secret services.
