Video game: “Mario Strikers: Battle League” reminds us that football is a team game

On paper, or shall we say on the score sheet, this is the winning combo. Released mid-June and developed by Canadian studio Next Level Games, Mario Strikers : Battle League football, of its full name, associates the most popular sport on the globe with the universe of Japanese Nintendo, adored by millions of players. You don’t have to be Paul, the psychic octopus who guessed the results of matches at the 2010 World Cup in advance, to understand that this game will sell by the pallets.
