But the one who was nicknamed “my little pain in the ass” by her grandmother admits hiding behind humour, both in life and on screen, a facet of her personality. “I am quite shy and a bit reserved by nature, and so I have always taken refuge behind little jokes to make the person in front of me more uncomfortable than me”, he confides to Audrey Crespo-Mara. “And since I’m shy, I don’t like to arrive somewhere and I don’t like to leave either”he assures.

The actor, who embodies in his latest film, “Les Complices”, a contract killer in full “emotional upheaval”continues by evoking a tendency towards isolation. “I wouldn’t say I’m depressed, but there are times when I need to isolate myself, when I don’t want to see anyone, and even if the doorbell rings, I won’t open the door,” he explains. The actor is often overtaken by his reputation as a teaser, but sometimes this sensitivity is not taken seriously. “It happened to me at a funeral to read a word and people start laughing”, he slips, believing that “It’s extremely disturbing.”
