Panic, fighting, chaos ensue. People gather to help battered driver. The pistols are emptying casings at the KTEL bus of Kifissos, the guarding is insufficient and yet it is not the first time. Four months ago the same had happened.
Shortly after, the first police officers arrive. In the footage we see police officers with their mobile phones taking photos of the shell casings of the near massacre at KTEL.
Everything happened in broad daylight in front of frightened KTEL passengers. In Live News exclusive testimony of a taxi driver who was an eyewitness. “He took out the pistol and fired. I saw four people come and hit the taxi driver for no reason,” he says.
Another witness describes: “Someone took an airport ride, which is €50 – €60. They took the man’s client and the things and put the things in some taxi of a Roma and they fought with each other, because they all wanted to take him to the race because it is 50€ – 60€. They’ve done this to me before. I had loaded for Agios Stefanos and they downloaded the client for me. They are dangerous, because they are now about a dozen people there, what to defend? Do you know what they used to do in a taxi? They went and got a pie filled with tzatziki and tomato and threw it in where the air ducts are.”
The taxi drivers will say that Athens has been divided into illegal cantons at Kifisos KTEL, Monastiraki, Piraeus port.

“I had gone down to the buses in Kifissos, as I was getting in I saw a guy with a husky inflatable, he was looking for someone, he sees the one he was looking for and goes to him “he tells him who did you tell him to go to…”. As I understood this guy the husky the inflatable was dropping off a customer and he was a taxi driver, he was Roma, he passed by him just passed and thought that the other inflatable should go further and finally he says to him “come on…”. Roma tells him “hey, you know who you’re messing with?” I’ve been to a lot on my own,” describes the guide.
