Oaxaca de Juarez.- Margarita Hay Urrutia, sister of the young woman Abigailfound dead in the municipal jail of Salina Cruz hours following her arrest, released a new video in which you can see how uniformed women beat the young woman when she was admitted to the separations.
“These police officers cannot continue killing more people, stop lying and punish everyone. My sister was killed by those policemen”, accused one of the sisters of the young mother of two children, whose death is being investigated as femicide.
More than five weeks following the death of the young woman, hours following being detained by the municipal police of this port on the Isthmus of Tehuantepec, her relatives pointed out that an administrative sanctioning process has not yet been initiated once morest the policemen involved in the case, in addition to the four people arrested.

Recently, the Hay Urrutia family placed a tarp in the streets of Salina Cruz to remember their loved one; In addition, it included the legend: “in Salina Cruz the administrative sanction is the death penalty”, in reference to the argument with which Abigail was arrested, for “administrative offenses”.
At the beginning of September, the family also denounced anomalies in the issuance of the death certificate of the 30-year-old woman. According to the record shown by the family, issued by the Civil Registry of Salina Cruz, Abigal died on public roads and not inside the municipal headquarters.
“This is what they want to give us in the Civil Registry of Salina Cruz, Oaxaca; my sister did not die on public roads, they must recognize their responsibility,” Margarita Hay Urrutia published then.
