After the suspension succeeded on June 26 last year, the auction was set for October 9 and the property is being auctioned by a major bank hoping to collect €450,000.
The starting price for the purchase of the maisonette is set at 367,877 euros, while the estimated value of the existing parking space is 11,132 euros.
