Several social networking sites and news pages circulated a video clip showing a Tesla car colliding while operating in “autopilot” mode with a private plane, valued at 3.5 million dollars.
And Motor Trend indicated that the video clip, which was initially published on Reddit, shows a “Tesla Model Y” car crashing directly into the tail of a parked plane.
It’s unclear how the car entered the tarmac, but the original post claims that the car was operating in a “recall” feature, where the operator can park the car from a nearby parking spot, and then drive the car itself to the location for the user.
It was noted that the private jet was a “Cirrus Vision Jet”, and its price ranged between $3 million and $3.5 million.
