The streaming giant Netflix was also there – they have paid the princess and her husband to make a documentary about the love story.
Once the couple said yes to each other inside the giant wedding tent that had been set up, “not an eye was dry”, according to the Norwegian newspaper VG.

Guests Björg Thorhall’s daughter49, tells the newspaper VG that Märtha Louise promised to love her husband forever.
– And that her three daughters always come first, but then comes Durek. I am a mother myself and was very moved. Everyone was crying inside the tentsays Björg Thorhallsdottir.
VG asks what kind of promise Shaman Durek made.
– Durek said he understood how important Märta’s daughters are to her. He said he would always support and help her. It was very nice, says the friend and actor April Wilkner44, to VG.

According to the Norwegian newspaper Dagbladet, there were around 350 guests at the wedding.
It was both royalty and Norwegian celebrities.
Crown Princess Victoria, 47, and the princess received the most attention among the guests Sofia39.

The Swedish royals aroused admiration with their beauty and their beautiful dresses.

After all, for the Norwegian royal family, the wedding came as a small comforting break in the middle of the crime drama with Marius Borg Høiby.
