Samsung Electronics Vice Chairman Lee Jae-yong met Intel CEO Patrick Gelsinger while visiting Korea on the 30th to discuss ways to cooperate between the two companies.
Vice Chairman Lee and CEO of Gelsinger held a relay meeting in the presence of executives from both companies to discuss ways of cooperation in various fields such as next-generation memory, fabless system semiconductor, foundry PC and mobile, and artificial intelligence (AI).
Samsung Electronics’ DS division head Kye-hyung, MX division head Roh Tae-moon, memory business division head Lee Jung-bae, foundry business division head Choi Si-young, and system LSI business division head Park Yong-in were in attendance.
