Gerardo Monje, general secretary of the Loreto Regional Hospital Workers Union, criticized the fact that Governor René Chávez is not fulfilling his promises and continues to politicize the sector.

He revealed that there is a conversation via WhatsApp, where a group of officials talk regarding distributions with the hospital budget. The one who leads these irregularities would be the person in charge of Planning, for which reason they will proceed with the respective complaint later.

In the conversation that Monge shared with Pro and Contra, they questioned that “the boss” should not have given in to the landlords they took out at the time. In addition, they mention a certain Rogger, who they would be asking for an incentive of “2 lucas”, and then they refer to Ailin.

“Just as these “unionists” want to overthrow the boss, we should also threaten them by telling them that we are going to publish a list of all the workers who over the years have been putting their families to work, let’s see what they will say”, they mention in the chat.

He indicated that they will not allow payment funds to be used for assistance and plant administrative workers, in unnecessary payments to trusted officials who, far from solving the hospital problem, seek their own benefits.

“We gave enough time for them to compensate since last year, but they continue as if nothing and at this point you can’t see the work that has already started from this new management,” he told Pro y Contra.

Monje denounced economic mismanagement that would be taking place in Subcafae, a situation that only denotes that there are no indications of the changes that were announced.
