Through its Instagram account, the state agency reported that it received the notice from “Rafael Rangel” National Institute of Hygiene (Inhrr). Likewise, the owner of the Laboratorios LO OFTALMI, CA products indicated that the lot numbers do not correspond to those manufactured by them.

The Ministry added that the medicines are considered unfit for use until their composition, safety and legal status are determined.

“Therefore, the population throughout the national territory is urged to purchase medicines only in authorized pharmaceutical establishments with proper health registration,” the entity published.

The Ministry of Health urges the population to be alert to counterfeit products that represent a risk.

Users were concerned, because Dobet and Todex are ophthalmological solutions (eye drops) that are usually used to treat simple bacterial conditions, so their unapproved or fake versions are a potential danger for those who purchase the products online. unauthorized establishments.

Seven alerts this year
