According to the official report, the Venezuelan doctor was identified as Williams Arturo Gómez.
The doctor would have attacked a 19-year-old young man, when he was performing an ultrasound in a polyclinic in Comas, Lima, Peru.

As it became known, Gómez was convicted of the crime against sexual freedom in the form of rape and must pay a civil compensation of five thousand soles in favor of the victim.
