Venezuela Youth Mission announced free psychological help

The Great Venezuela Youth Mission (GMVJ) launched a free psychological care program in Caracas, with the aim of providing tools and support to those who suffer from chronic stresswith four locations that will be opened in the city.

Through its social media platforms, the GMVJ reported that psychological assistance will be provided as part of the “Siempre Juntos” program. The program seeks to offer tools and support to patients suffering from chronic stress, and to provide therapeutic support from professionals in the field of psychology and psychiatry.

These services will include the assessment, containment and treatment of crises, as well as psychological and psychiatric conflicts.

The first day of conferences saw the active participation of the youth of Caracas. The head of the GMVJ, Génesis Garvett, and the secretary of the Youth of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, Grecia Colmenares, were present to support the initiative.

Dr. Aisquel Machado, psychiatrist and lecturer, opened the session by explaining the differences in people’s behavioral development and how chronic stress and post-traumatic stress can affect them.
