The coordinator of the “Venezuela Todo” campaign command in the state of Anzoátegui, Luis José Marcano, reported that different political and social organizations have joined the call for the Consultative Referendum in Defense of Guayana Esequiba, and together they promote participation in the simulation of this Sunday, November 19.
The governor also said that the commands are deployed in the 21 municipalities to guarantee that the entire population participates in the exercise of the vote and confirmed that 46 electoral centers will be enabled in the entity.
“We are absolutely convinced that it will be an auspicious preamble to the massive participation that we will have on December 3, when Venezuelans in national unity come out to support this consultation, which is a democratic, pacifist and diplomatic exercise in a demonstration of national strength. in the face of the pretension of dispossession of part of our Essequibo Territory,” he noted.
Marcano indicated that the referendum that invites people to vote “5 Times Yes” defines the route to follow in order to be able to effectively defend the Essequibo territory, “it is an unprecedented, patriotic and peaceful message.”
For her part, the coordinator of the command in Barcelona, Sugey Herrera, highlighted that participating in this drill will reaffirm the nationalist sense “which is what the 3D consultative referendum promotes.”
He recalled that four electoral centers will be enabled in the jurisdiction, the José Antonio Anzoátegui State Educational Complex, the Barrio Universitario National School, the José María Vargas National School and the Republic of Chile School Group.
“We are preparing for November 19 with all the teams and motivating the participation of all the sectors that make life in our municipality,” he added.
While the secretary of organization of the regional command, Mercedes Sánchez, assured that they are mobilized to guarantee a high participation in the drill, “an exercise that will clarify any doubts regarding how to exercise the right to vote in 3D.”
He also specified that voters can go to any of the electoral centers arranged by the National Electoral Council (CNE) for the simulation.
