During his annual message, President Nicolás Maduro announced that starting in February 2024, an increase in the Minimum Comprehensive Income will be implemented for public sector workers. This declaration was received with joy by the population, since it implies the delivery of an improved amount, thanks to the inclusion of the War Bonus and Food Bonus.
Keep in mind that on January 15, the president of Venezuela reported that the Cestaticket (also called Food Bonus) will have an increase in the month of February, as well as the Bonus against the Economic War for the state level.

Maduro indicated that employees will have an adjustment in the Minimum Comprehensive Income, establishing it at $100. This amount is made up of 60 dollars corresponding to the Economic War Bond and 40 dollars Cestaticket. This adjustment, effective since May 2023, represents an increase of more than 600%.

- Enter the official MPPE Worker Self-Management portal
- Click on ‘certified user’ and log in
- Go to ‘payment receipt’ and complete the form with the requested information
- Then, click on ‘generate payment receipt’ and the system will show you your receipt
- Select the ‘download payment receipt in PDF format’ option and that’s it.
Who charges the Cestaticket?
