Venezuela and France seize 2,400 kilos of cocaine in anti-drug operation

Richard Lopez Vargas, National Anti-Drug Superintendentreported on a joint operation between the governments of Venezuela and France that successfully intercepted a vessel carrying 2,400 kilos of cocaine.

According to the official, The Venezuelan-flagged vessel was detained near the island of Martinique.

Through XLópez Vargas celebrated the seizure thanks to “a new joint operation with the French Embassy in Venezuela in the fight once morest drugs”.

He added that the operation was carried out following an early warning issued from Venezuela through the National Anti-Drug Superintendence.
