The health standards in force prompted the management of the Blonay-Saint-Légier secondary school to cancel its ski camp. Instead, two days will be devoted to school bullying.
Some 120 schoolchildren from the town of Blonay-Saint-Légier will not go to ski camp this winter. They will have to make do with three days of skiing, Wednesday, Thursday and next Friday, with a return home each evening.
The management of the secondary school of the town has chosen to innovate for the days of Monday and Tuesday. Instead of the usual sporting or cultural outings, she chose to set up an awareness campaign on school bullying. A decision that challenges several parents, according to “24 hours“. For them, the idea is good, but not at this time of the school year. “We have the opportunity to dedicate time to these issues of bullying at school and self-confidence. And this, in an entertaining way, with improvisation professionals”, justifies the dean of the secondary establishment.
