**Interview with Olga Damiron, Chief People and Talent ⁤Officer of Vantiva**

**Editor:** Thank you for joining us today, Olga. Vantiva has recently accelerated its climate commitment by pledging to achieve zero greenhouse ‍gas emissions ‍across ⁣its value chain by 2040. Could you elaborate on what prompted this change?

**Olga Damiron:** Absolutely, and thank you for ⁣having me. The urgency of ‌the climate ⁤crisis has never‍ been clearer. As a technology leader, Vantiva recognizes that we have⁢ both the responsibility and the capability to make a substantial impact. Our decision to expedite‍ our efforts from 2050 to 2040 aligns with the 1.5°C target set by the Science Based Targets ⁣Initiative (SBTi). This collaboration can significantly amplify our impact.

**Editor:** Now, regarding validation, you mentioned that Vantiva will⁣ submit its 2040 net zero targets‌ to the⁤ SBTi. What does that process involve?
