Van der Bellen insult: the Office for the Protection of the Constitution deals with Kickl

The public prosecutor’s office in Ried expects a report from the Upper Austrian State Office for the Protection of the Constitution on the statements made by the FPÖ party leader “soon”. Herbert Kickl on political Ash Wednesday.

As soon as the report from the Office for the Protection of the Constitution is available, it will be checked. Should criminal prosecution be considered, the public prosecutor’s office will apply to the Federal President for the necessary authorization.
