Valve announced today that the portable gaming PC “Steam Deck” will be available on February 25th, US time.
Valve said they will send out the first order emails to pre-registered players on February 25th, and players will have 3 days (72 hours) to place an order following receiving the order email. If you choose not to purchase, the reservation will be transferred to the next person on the waiting list. The first shipments will begin shipping to customers on the 28th, with plans to send out a new batch of order emails each week therefollowing.
Valve originally planned to launch “Steam Deck” in December last year, but suddenly announced in November last year that due to the shortage of raw materials and the impact of the global supply chain, the parts might not be delivered to the manufacturing plant in time due to logistics challenges, resulting in “Steam Deck” must be Delayed to February this year, it is finally announced that it will come out on February 25.
