A recent news saddens the world of vallenato. This festive bridge there have been several traffic accidents in the country, among which was the case of Vallenata music singer Iván Mindiola who was seriously injured following the vehicle in which he was overturned.
So far it is not known with certainty what his state of health is, since he is under a reserved prognosis, but some data on the road mishap that occurred between Tunja and Paipa, El Manzano sector, was known.
According to the media, Mindiola was traveling from Bogotá to the municipality of Floresta, Boyacá, where a presentation was scheduled for this Saturday, August 13. Two other members of his musical group boarded the vehicle: the logistics coordinator, Sebastián Cardenas; and the pianist, Alexander Pedroza, who are stable and with minor injuries. The only one who did not travel with them was accordion player Carlos Zedan, who was in another car on the same route.
For his part, the singer Iván Mindiola will undergo a complex surgery due to the seriousness of his injuries.
