An Uber spokesperson stressed that “the majority of couriers are satisfied with their experience with the (Uber) app and we regularly speak with couriers to find out how to improve their experience”. An Amazon spokesperson said the Coventry strike would have no impact on the service, adding that the group “regularly reviews (its) remuneration to ensure that it is competitive”.
