The State of Valais affirms that it has “not issued any authorizations” for the development of these two sections, while “the development of a track is clearly subject to a building authorization”. And concludes the following: the CCC “immediately prohibits any use of portions of the slope located outside the ski zone until it decides on a possible building authorization”. For reasons of proportionality and in view of the limited knowledge of the file, the CCC, however, refrains from issuing a “general ban on using the entire runway”. The CCC also adds “wait for adequate supporting documents for the work carried out inside the ski area”.
