For years, Heracles Almelo has been an established name in the Dutch football landscape. A club with a rich history, founded 121 years ago. In the Asito Stadium we receive thousands of supporters, sponsors and other interested parties every home match. Even outside match days, the Asito stadium is a home for everyone and a place to meet. Heracles Almelo is more than football.
To strengthen the team in our FanServiceShop, we are looking for a Weekend Employee.
Do you enjoy standing in our FanServiceShop, selling various merchandise items, giving advice regarding clothing and helping our supporters with various questions? Then we are looking for you!
We are looking for a customer-friendly all-rounder who would like to work a few Saturdays per month and, in consultation, occasionally on match days in our FanServiceShop at the stadium.
FanServiceShop Employee
As a FanServiceShop Employee, you sell both match tickets and official merchandise products from Heracles Almelo. In addition, you are also the direct point of contact for the supporters. You help supporters with questions about merchandise, season tickets and match tickets. You are the person who knows (almost) everything about this. As a FanServiceShop Employee, you ensure that the supporters leave the store with a good feeling. In addition, you ensure (together with your colleagues) that the store is always tidy, that there are sufficient products in the store and you prepare the orders that have been received via the webshop. At the end of the day, you ensure that the cash register is in order again and that all administration has been updated.
We are looking for someone who:
- At least 16 years old
- Available on Saturdays, in consultation on Thursday evenings and occasionally on match days / during holidays if necessary
- Can work independently
- Customer friendly is
- Stress resistant is
