Ukrainian specialists are developing long-range weapons in order to use them in the war against the Russian occupiers.

This was reported by “RBC-Ukraine” based on the evening address of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

According to the Head of State, today, November 28, he met with the Minister of Strategic Industries Aleksandar Kamyšin. He was optimistic.

“We are preparing good long-range weapons so that the occupiers feel the power of Ukraine,” said V. Zelensky.

V. Zelenskis also spoke about the meeting of the headquarters of the armed forces. An analysis of recent attacks on Ukraine and air defense tactics was also important, he said. “The obvious need is to create and strengthen our mobile fire groups, as well as all the most effective air defense systems,” he emphasized. The President also drew attention to the highly effective operation of the Patriot and NASAMS air defense systems.

V. Zelenskis noted the need to significantly strengthen the fortification works. “All the solutions are there. Everything is absolutely detailed – our state will definitely have enough mines and concrete. We need more speed and efficiency, and everyone who is responsible for this has clear tasks,” the president noted.

The head of the country added that the headquarters also discussed the situation at the front. “Special attention is paid to Donetsk directions: Avdijivka, Marijinka, Bakhmut areas. The most intense military clashes are taking place there these days. I thank all our soldiers for their strength and endurance,” he said. The President also drew attention to the maintenance of Ukraine’s positions in the direction of Kupyansk.

RBC-Ukraine reminds that Ukraine is already producing long-range weapons. Specialists have already managed to create a new version of the long-range Neptune missile, which is used to attack ground targets.
