In a message to its users, the bank apologized for the inconvenience and indicated that it is working to solve the problems as soon as possible and “carry out the operations that our users require.”

After experiencing failures in its system this Friday morning for approximately 5 hours, BBVA informed users that its services have now been restored.
“We regret the delay in solving the problem and offer a sincere apology for the disruption we caused,” the bank said in a message.
