Users of Yape reported, through their social networks, that the payment platform has problems in its system, something that has been confirmed by the same Credit Bank.
“Our digital channels are having problems and we are working to solve it as soon as possible,” can be read in a BCP statement on social networks.
“We apologize and we will be informing you on our networks and through our ViaBCP website when they are operational,” they add.
