## Trojans Head to Texas for NCAA Showdown: An Interview
**Interviewer:** Coach Brad, congratulations on making it to the NCAA tournament for the third year in a row! This is also USC Women’s Volleyball’s 40th appearance. How does this team feel going into the tournament with such history behind them?
**Coach Brad:** We’re incredibly excited. This team has worked incredibly hard all season, and we’ve faced some tough competition. They’re ready to compete with the best and prove themselves on the national stage. With 40 NCAA appearances, there’s a strong tradition of excellence here, and these players understand the significance of wearing the Trojan jersey.
**Interviewer:** You’re facing UT Arlington in the first round. What are your thoughts on that matchup?
**Coach Brad:** UT Arlington is a very good team. They have a strong record, and they’re playing well right now. We know it’s going to be a tough battle, but we’re confident in our abilities. We’ve been studying them carefully and we’ve got a game plan in place. We’re looking forward to the challenge.
**Interviewer:** This marks your fifth consecutive year leading the program into the NCAA Tournament. What have you learned during these past few years that you hope to pass on to this team?
**Coach Brad:** The key is to stay focused and take it one game at a time. It’s a long tournament, and there will be ups and downs. The teams that can handle the pressure and stay composed will have the best chance of success. I want this team to play with passion, heart and commitment every time they step on the court. They’ve got the talent, now it’s about leaving everything out there.
**Interviewer:** Do you think the team’s recent experience in Texas on their road trip will have an impact on their performance at this week’s NCAA game in Austin?
**Coach Brad:** Absolutely. Any familiarity with a location, a court, and even the travel itself can be an unintended benefit. This isn’t their first rodeo in Texas, they know what to expect and can focus on their game plan without added distractions.
**Interviewer:** What message do you have for Trojan fans as you head into this exciting tournament?
**Coach Brad**: We appreciate all the support! We know we have the best fans in the country, and their encouragement means a lot to this team. We’re going to fight hard and represent USC with pride. Fight On!
