The Wii U it had some great games, but that alone didn’t translate to good sales for the ill-fated home console from Nintendo. We now know the top ten best-selling Wii U games in the United States thanks to data provided by video game sales tracker NPD Group. Super Smash Bros Wii U is, not surprisingly, the number 1 game and Mario Kart 8 is at number 2 (the Switch version is the best-selling game on Nintendo Switch since the console launched in 2017) and six of the Ten Wii U bestsellers are now available on Nintendo Switch.
