The United States is preparing to withdraw from Ukraine while entering a war with Russia. White House budget director Shalanda Young has warned that money is running out to help Ukraine. In a letter to Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson and other leaders of the United States Congress, they warned that their time and money had run out, Archyde.com reports.

“Let me be clear. By the end of this year, we will run out of resources to buy more weapons and equipment for Ukraine. We will not be able to provide equipment from US military stocks. We have no magic pot to solve this situation. We have no money, no time”: reads the content of the letter sent by Shalanda Young.

In October, the Joe Biden administration asked the United States Congress for nearly $106 billion in aid to Ukraine and Israel and for US border security. White House officials had clarified this in a televised speech in the country.

Russia began its invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. The ensuing conflicts are still ongoing. U.S. support was a key factor in the tremendous resistance put up by the Ukrainian military and its people.

A week ago, the head of Penragan (US defense chief) had announced that he would stand with Ukraine in the war once morest Russia. Penragan chief Lloyd Austin visited Kiev to discuss the matter. He also reiterated that he would provide the necessary assistance to Ukraine to defend itself. This was made clear directly to Crain President Volodymyr Zelensky. This is followed by a warning from the White House.
