US to give Ukraine longer-range MLRS than Smerch, Biden says he’s not seeking Putin’s ouster

Agency Interfax-Ukraine canceled planned for June 1 in Kyiv, a press conference of the former editor of the Russian Channel One, Marina Ovsyannikova, who became famous by jumping on the air on March 14, behind the back of the presenter, with an anti-war poster.

At the press conference, judging by its title, Ovsyannikova was going to tell “how Russian propaganda works.”

The Interfax-Ukraine announcement did not indicate the reason for the cancellation, but the Ukrainian TV channel TSN is sure that this was done due to a wave of indignation that rose in the Ukrainian segment of social networks.

Channel leads on his website, as an example, 11 postings of indignant Ukrainians. They all believe that a person who has worked for Russian propaganda for many years should not speak to Ukrainian journalists.

Marina Ovsyannikova was fired after her action and fined 30 thousand rubles, and then she was hired as a freelancer by the German newspaper Die Welt.
